Delivery
What if no one is home when you deliver?
If no one is home, our drivers will leave the arrangement at the front door after knocking, and will notify the recipient that a delivery has arrived.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes! Our team will contact the hospital to confirm the recipient can receive flowers and will keep you updated if anything comes up. If possible, please include the room and floor number when placing your order.
Flowers & Design
Will my flowers look exactly like the picture?
Our photos represent an overall style, color palette, and feel. While your arrangement may not be identical, it will reflect the same design intention.
Due to seasonality and availability, substitutions may occasionally be made. Any replacements will always be of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall look.
If certain flowers or elements are especially important, please note this at checkout or contact us to confirm availability.

With over 30 years of experience, we always aim to get it right. If your order isn’t what you expected, please call us within 3 days at (562) 592-2610 and we will make it right.
Care
How should I care for my flowers or plants?
Keep arrangements away from direct sunlight and refresh the water daily.
For plants, allow the soil to dry before watering. When you do water, fully soak the soil and remove any excess water.
For orchids and succulents, water lightly about every 10 days. A single ice cube works well. Overwatering is the most common cause of damage.
