FAQ

-Can you deliver in the morning?

Yes! We have Express Delivery availability that you can select during checking out. This guarantees you an early priority delivery time. Please select this time for a priority delivery time. However during our holiday season like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day we cannot guarantee express delivery.

-Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes we do!  Our customer service specialist will reach out to the hospital and confirm that your recipient is approved to receive flowers and keep you closely updated if anything about the delivery arises. Please make sure to provide which room and floor they are in, if possible!

-What if no one is home when you deliver?

If no one is home after making sure our drivers have knocked on the door, we usually leave it on the front door step and give the recipient a call letting them know they have a delivery on the porch.

-Will my flowers look like the picture?

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value. If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instruction at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

-How should I care for the flowers or plants?

Keep away from direct sunlight, refresh water daily, and follow specific care for orchids or succulents.

For  plants, wait to add water until the soil becomes dry. When watering, soak the soil and then pour off or out any excess water.

For orchids or succulents, wait about 10 days between watering and provide only a small amount of water. You can always achieve this by simply putting 1 ice cube in once every 10 days. Orchids and succulents thrive in a dryer environment! Overwatering is a very common way to cause the orchid to wilt or die!
