A: Yes! Our Seal Beach location features a beautiful outdoor patio available to rent for private events. Whether you're planning a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday celebration, corporate gathering, retirement party, or another special occasion, we'd love to help bring your event to life.

Q: How much does it cost to rent the patio?

A: Every event at Devynn's Garden is unique, so pricing varies depending on your guest count, rental time, floral needs, and event details. To receive detailed pricing and availability, please submit an event inquiry. We'd love to learn more about your vision and create a personalized quote.

Q: How many guests can the patio accommodate?

A: Our event spaces can accommodate a variety of group sizes.

• Patio: Up to 40–45 guests

• Patio + Interim: 50–60 guests

• Patio + Interim + Yard: 60–90 guests

Our maximum event capacity is 90 guests.

Q: What is the minimum rental time?

A: Our minimum rental times are:

• Monday–Thursday: 2-hour minimum

• Holidays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays: 3-hour minimum

Q: Does Devynn's Garden offer private event packages?

A: No. Every event is different, so we do not offer pre-set packages. Each event is customized based on your vision, guest count, and specific needs.

Q: Is event insurance required?

A: Yes. Event insurance is required for all private event rentals.

Q: Can Devynn's Garden recommend vendors for my event?

A: Yes! We'd be happy to recommend some of our favorite local vendors to help make your event special.

Q: Can I use another florist for my event?

A: No. All flowers and greenery for private events at Devynn's Garden must be purchased through Devynn's Garden. This allows us to ensure the quality, consistency, and overall design of your event.

Q: Does Devynn’s Garden host weddings?

A: Yes! Our Seal Beach patio is available for small, intimate weddings with fewer than 50 guests. Because of the size and layout of our space, we’re best suited for intimate ceremonies, receptions, or smaller wedding celebrations.

Q: Do I need a wedding coordinator?

A: Yes. All weddings hosted at Devynn’s Garden are required to have a day-of coordinator. This helps keep the event running smoothly and ensures there is a designated person managing the wedding timeline, vendors, setup, and other event-day details.

Q: Can I have live music, a band, or a DJ at my event?

A: Yes, we do allow acoustic live music as long as the volume remains appropriate for our patio and surrounding neighbors. Full bands, amplified performances, and DJs are not permitted.

You're also welcome to create your own playlist, and we'll happily play it through our patio speaker system during your event.

Q: Is the patio available only for private events?

A: No! Unless the patio has been reserved for a private event, it's open for everyone to enjoy.
